When a gym or studio changes owners, the ownership on the Wellhub partnership contract must be changed.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our team here, selecting Contact reason > Gyms > Contract review > Gym owner change, and provide the information for the previous and new owners.
đź’ˇ For the change to be made, the Partner ID, Company Registration Number, legal name of the company, and bank account details must be stated. - In a few days, you will receive a contract addendum via the provided email address. Current and new owners must sign this addendum within 30 days of receiving it.
That’s it! After signing the contract addendum, wait up to 2 business days for the information to be updated in the app and on the Partner Portal.
Important note
If the contract addendum isn’t signed by the deadline, the space’s profile will be temporarily deactivated and visitors won’t be able to check in.
