If you are the account holder and have an active subscription, you can continue to use Gympass.
To do so, you need to:
- Change your login email to a personal one; and
- Add a valid payment method. If you already have a card on file, you can continue to use it. If you previously used Payroll Deduction, you will need to add a valid card for payment.
💡 It must be added prior to the plan's renewal date to avoid cancellation. If the plan is cancelled, reactivating it won’t be possible.
📌 If you keep using the benefit, it will not be possible to add or keep family members, and the cost of your subscription may change.
In the future, if you are eligible for the benefit through another company, you can change the provider here.
