To update the profile information that shows up in the Wellhub app, log in to the Partner Portal and follow the steps for each section:
Editing logo and photo gallery
- Tap on App content on the left menu.
- Select the location, if there’s more than one, and tap on the General tab.
- In the Logo and photo gallery section, tap the editing icon in the top right corner of the photo you want to edit.
- Tap the 3 dots icon on the top right corner of the photo, and then on Update to change the photo, or Resize to change the framing and size.
💡 To reorganise the photos, just drag and drop each of them. - Save the changes and click on Submit to review. As soon as our team approves them, the photos will be updated on the Wellhub app.
📌 Pay close attention to the tips on how to upload good photos to make sure they’ll be approved.
Editing the gym or studio's information
- Tap on App content on the left menu.
- Select the location, if there’s more than one, and tap on the General tab.
- Scroll down and tap the editing icon on the top right corner of the option you want to edit.
- Edit the information, and click on Publish.
💡 You can edit hours, amenities (including accessibility features), contact, description, and important information.
